Sears knows theres an issue with this machine, and its happy to have its brand associated with it when youre charging $1,000 but you dont want to stand behind it when theres a problem. A new washing machine doesnt act like this and I can see other people on the internet have had the same problem. I believe their new business ontwerp is to hold customers hostage to an outrageous initial investment on products with known defects and then gouge them for repairs. If it already costs a lot, why not pay a little more? The whole customer diensten process is set up to make it so painful that you just cave in. Its immoral, and if it isnt illegal, it ought to be. If theres a class action suit, I want to be part ofwel it.
He leaves and I start a load, then get the F51 code! I angrily call back and ofwel course had to make another appointment. I was told all they had to do was reset the pc. Repairman 2 comes out and tells me it is more than the computer, it is the bearing. So there goes week twee with no washer, and another trip to the laundromat. I was then told that my machine qualifies for the lemon clause, and Sears would email me a replacement cost. They quoted me $830, so I just went out and bought a LG machine. Im done with Kenmore brands, they are junks. For all the money and diensten calls Sears has had to ?????? ??? ??? pay on this machine, they could have bought me four washers! It has been three aggravating years owning this machine, and I would not recommend an Oasis to anyone.
I basically cant agitate anything and instead just soak the stains out and spin it dry. There should have been a recall on this machine. I have lost a lot ofwel money in clothing and linen items that this machine has ruined.

I bought the Sears Kenmore Elite top-loading, high-efficiency washing machine (manufactured by LG) in May 2011 for close to $4,000. At first, it was fine. A few weeks ago (January 2013), it started overflowing every time it fills. I watched the numbers on the control board go wonky instead of counting down the minutes sequentially. It overflows on the wash cycle, wont drain unless I stop the cycle, and manually select drain/spin, then it drains perfectly. I recognize a wacky pc when I see one, so I unplugged it thinking it might reset itself. Problem keeps happening. (If I ever hear a Sears customer diensten person say theyre going to look into it again, Ill begint getting suspicious!) The Middel Resolution guy says Yes, you are under recall.
